Neutrons of energies less than a Fermi potential in matter are confined in a material bottle, which are defiened as ultracold neutrons, UCN. UCN spin precession about a magnetic and an electric fields is observed. An electric dipole moment, EDM is measured from a precession change upon electric field reversal. The experimental value of the EDM is used for the study of CP violation theories and then baryogenesis in the universe.
